Meditation Therapy and Training

Meditation is a powerful practice used for thousands of years in numerous cultures and civilizations. Meditation is not religious and anyone can practice it. The benefits of mediation are physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Meditation can decrease blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, increases efficient use of oxygen by the body, increased production of the anti-aging hormone DHEA, increases restful sleep, boosts immune function, decreases pain and decreases inflammation. Meditation also increases brain function in areas of  focus, memory and concentration as well as increasing the cortical thickness of the brain and mood regulation. Meditation also boosts positive emotions, life satisfaction, compassion, while decreasing, stress, anxiety, depression and the associated hormones cortisol and adrenaline.  You can learn to control the fearful, angry or painful thoughts that seem to constantly flood the mind.

Holistic Life Coaching and Wellness Coaching

Coaching is very different from counseling. Coaching is working a process of steps towards a specific goal. 

Life coaching and Wellness coaching will encompass all seven areas of life and give you a structure to work towards an outcome. Coaching is a very dynamic relationship with constant interaction and dedicated effort on the part of the client. To be coached you must be a player in the game of life and willing to take the coach's guidance.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and the promotion of healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Many have reported miraculous results. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. 


Kundalini Reiki is directed towards enhancing our Kundalini (Shakti or power energy source) awakening and aligning our subtle energy bodies.


Reiki also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Reiki can be done hands on, hands hovering or distant.

Reiki also works on pets and animals with excellent results.

Renée is a Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher.


Renée has been dedicated to a practice of Yoga since 1997 and in February of 2010 became a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT). Renee teaches Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and in 2014 started incorporating the Kriyas and Meditations of Kundalini Yoga. Renée offers group classes and private sessions. A class is balancing, challenging, relaxing and fulfilling. All of her students have reported improvement in various parts of their lives including physical advancement and pain relief, better sleep, dramatic stress reduction, and a deeper connection to themselves and their bodies.

EFT Emotional Freedom Technique

Chakras are energy points within our subtle body. Sound has the power to heal. Sound therapy is extremely beneficial in helping to re-balance what is out of balance in our body.

Tibetan Bowl sound therapy has the ability to encourage deep states of physical relaxation, as well as alpha and theta brainwave states, where relaxation, restoration and even creative insights can occur. Sound Therapy with Tibetan Bowls are useful for releasing stress and physical tension, or as a prelude to a deeper meditative states.
